This is a poster intended to educate viewers on the dangers of fire! Also it can be considered a metaphor, but I'm not sure what for. Perhaps there is a certain situation with a particular planet that is similar to a forest on fire.
Sadly, this poster is extremely relevant throughout wildfire season and completely stops being funny. The rest of the year it is only mildly funny.
