Hey customer! I want you to know that I do my absolute best to make sure you are happy with your order, but I’m bound by certain laws of physics/economics (for now). 📦 Shipping Policy
Shipping Destinations & Carriers
- We currently ship to almost every country on earth using a combination of Canada Post, USPS, PostNL, UPS, and other local carriers.
- Right now we only ship once a week! Orders placed before Tuesday each week ship the same business week; otherwise they ship on the Tuesday of the next business week. That means packing times can be up to 7 business days.
- Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout, when possible, but these are only estimates and can't be guaranteed, especially during busy seasons.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Offers
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
- Promotional offers (e.g. “Free Shipping over $XX”) apply only to outbound shipping—not to return shipping or insurance fees.
Order Tracking & Insurance
- Tracking information is provided via email once your order has shipped, if applicable. If your shipping notification doesn't include tracking, your order likely isn't tracked.
- Optional shipping protection coverage is added at checkout. Protection is recommended for high‑value orders. Further details about protection terms are below.
- Insurance and shipping fees are separate and non‑refundable (see Refund section below).
Shipping Insurance / Package Protection
We offer optional shipping protection at checkout to help cover the cost of any items lost or damaged during transit.
- If you choose to add insurance, and your package is lost or arrives damaged, we will offer a refund or replacement for the affected items. This includes items which are lost/stolen after delivery.
- Shipping costs and insurance fees are non-refundable, even if a claim is approved.
- We cannot replace or refund uninsured shipments that are lost or damaged once handed off to the carrier.
- Insurance claims must be submitted within 10 business days of the reported delivery date (for lost packages) or 5 business days of receiving a damaged item. Photos may be required.
⚠️ If you decline shipping protection, you accept the risk of loss or damage in transit.
🔄 Returns & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for products that are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Customized, digitally printed, or final-sale items are non-returnable. This includes all items marked "print-on-demand."
Return Shipping & Fees
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We do not refund original shipping costs, order processing charges, or insurance fees paid at purchase.

A restocking fee (e.g. 10%) may apply to returns not due to seller error—clearly indicated at time of return request.
Refund Process & Timing
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item (in original condition), we issue a refund minus outbound shipping, insurance, restocking fee (if applicable), and return shipping cost.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- If an exchange is preferred, you can contact us for options.

Q: Do you refund shipping costs if I return an item?
A: No—unless the return results from our error (e.g. wrong or defective item), shipping and insurance fees paid at purchase are non‑refundable.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: The customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Q: How long do I have to return?
A: 30 days from delivery date. After that, returns may be declined or require approval.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: Please report damage within 5 business days of receipt, including photos. We’ll guide you through claims or replacements.
