Workers' rights include the right to stop what you're doing at any given moment and bawl! Workplace melancholy is your god-given freedom, and I would die defending it. Maybe not die, but I would definitely make a poster.
This 3-colour 16" x 20" screen-printed poster is printed on 80lb white paper, and it is one of my favourite things I have ever made. Truly a ridiculous object.

I have a monopoly on factories that manufacture Monopoly board games. I bought this poster and hung it in our corporate lunchroom to encourage emotional intelligence amongst staff because some of them look sad and I want them to cry it out.
Staff cried briefly but then they unionized :( I don’t know what to :( They are calling themselves the “Cryin’ Collective” :(
