Shipping policy

Hey customer! I want you to know that I do my absolute best to make sure you are happy with your order, but I’m bound by certain laws of phsyics/economics (for now).


Shipping Times

Please allow up to two weeks (10 business days) for your order to be processed and shipped out. On good weeks I can do it faster than that, but I’m just one person with the average number of arms. If you’ve got questions about your recently-placed order, use the contact form on this website to contact me! Make sure you quote your full name and/or order number.

Canadian Shipping

Arcane Bullshit is proudly based in Toronto, Canada. Home of infinite crushing winter, and the world’s most average-sized sky phallus! Shipping to Canada is no problem at all.

  • Once I send out your package, shipping anywhere in Canada (despite its icy vastness) is NORMALLY possible within 2-8 business days
  • All Canadian shipments are tracked. If you don’t receive a tracking number when you get your shipping confirmation, let us know.
  • I know that in many cases it would be cheaper to send packages using regular mail, but I don’t do that. All shipments are tracked.

US & International Shipping

  • We ship just about anyplace on earth. If you do not see postage listed for your order, contact us at administration@arcanebullshit.com and we can likely figure something out.
  • Customers are responsible for any duty /import charges or additional fees (if applicable) upon delivery.

Lost, Damaged, and Stolen Packages

I don’t accept any responsibility for uninsured shipments lost by the carrier. 

If there is damage to the item NOT caused by the carrier, I will replace it.

In some cases of lost or damaged packages, your shipment may be insured and you can reach out for information regarding a replacement (use our contact page). Consider purchasing the optional Package Protection if you'd like an extra layer of certainty that your shipment will be replaced if lost in transit. This extra coverage even applies to packages marked as "delivered" which you have not, in fact, received!
